Before the call

Nothing to prepare. If you have architecture notes or a cost breakdown to hand they help, but they are not required.
No access needed. We do not ask for credentials or read-only roles to have a conversation.
Bring the awkward question. The version nobody wants to upgrade is a better use of the time than a roadmap.
